Returns accepted on damaged stones must be reported no later than 24 hours after delivery. If damaged, please send a picture of the damaged item to seychelles@i-am-seychelles.com. Once confirmed a replacement will be sent out within 48 hours.

Once an order is placed there is a 24 hour handling period before mailing. Once your package is mailed you will receive a confirmation of the tracking info.
